Playing Suika Game on Phone, Tablet and PC
The browser version of Suika Game runs on almost anything with a modern web browser. This guide covers the controls on each kind of device, how to get the most out of a small screen, and what to do when something does not work.

What you need
A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or another modern browser is enough. There is no app to install, no plugin and no account. The game is drawn on an HTML5 canvas and loads its images and sounds the first time you open it; after that, a reload is usually much faster because the browser keeps the files in its cache.
The game also needs JavaScript. If you use an extension that blocks scripts, allow scripts for suikagame.gg, otherwise the box will not appear.
Playing on a computer
Controls
Press the mouse button over the box and the waiting fruit moves to the pointer. Hold the button and move the mouse to fine-tune the position, then release to drop. The fruit falls on release, so you can change your mind while the button is held down. Touchpads work the same way: press, slide, lift.
Screen layout
On wide screens the game shows extra panels beside the box with the list of fruits and the basic rules. On narrower windows only the box is shown. Note that the fruit panel inside the game lists the fruits in a slightly different order from the real merge chain; our fruit guide shows the order the game actually uses.
Full screen
If the page feels cramped, use your browser's full-screen mode (F11 on Windows and Linux, Control + Command + F on a Mac) or zoom out a little with Ctrl and the minus key. Scroll the page so the whole box is visible before you start, because scrolling during a game is easy to do by accident on a touchpad.
Playing on a phone
Controls
Touch the screen over the box and the fruit jumps to your finger. Slide left or right to adjust, then lift your finger to drop. Because your finger hides part of the screen, many players touch slightly below the fruit and watch the fruit itself while sliding.
Orientation
The box is tall and narrow, so the game fits a phone best in portrait orientation. In landscape the box becomes small and the fruits are harder to aim.
Avoiding accidental scrolling
On the home page the game sits at the top, with the guides and other content below it. Before you start, scroll so that the whole box is on screen. If the page moves while you play, start your touches inside the box and slide sideways rather than up or down.
Add it to your home screen
To open the game with one tap, add the site to your home screen. In Safari on iPhone and iPad, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen. In Chrome on Android, open the menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app. The icon opens suikagame.gg directly.
Playing on a tablet
Tablets are arguably the most comfortable way to play: the screen is large enough for precise aiming and touch control feels natural. Portrait orientation works best here too. With a keyboard case or a mouse connected, the mouse controls described above work as well.
Chromebooks and school computers
The game runs in Chrome on Chromebooks like on any other computer. Some school and office networks block game sites; if the page does not open at all on such a network, that is a network rule and not a problem with your device. Please follow the rules of your school or workplace.
Your best score on different devices
The best score is saved in the local storage of the browser you play in. That has a few consequences:
- Each browser and each device keeps its own record. A score set on your phone does not appear on your computer.
- Private and incognito windows start with an empty record and forget it when they close.
- Clearing browsing data or site data for suikagame.gg deletes the record.
- Browsers that delete data automatically after some time without visits may also remove it.
There is no account system, so the record cannot be synced between devices.
Troubleshooting
The game does not load
Wait a few seconds, especially on mobile data, and then reload the page. If the loading text stays on screen, try another browser, switch off extensions that block scripts for this site, and check that your browser is up to date.
The game is slow or choppy
Close other tabs and apps, especially video. On older phones, battery-saving modes can reduce performance; turning them off for a game often helps. Physics with many fruits in the box is the most demanding part, so slowdowns are most noticeable late in a game.
There is no sound
Browsers only allow sound after you interact with a page, so sound may start only after your first drop. Also check that your device is not muted; on iPhones the silent switch mutes web audio as well.
Touches are not registered
Make sure you are touching inside the game area and not on the page around it. If the page was zoomed with a pinch gesture, zoom back out to normal size.
Which device is best?
For precision, a mouse on a computer is hard to beat: you can aim very exactly and see the whole box. For comfort, a tablet in portrait mode is ideal. Phones are perfect for a quick game anywhere, and the controls are designed for touch. Whichever you choose, the rules and the fruits are the same, so the strategy tips work everywhere.
